Naomi Pomeroy's What If
As TEDxPortland continues to inspire us, we break for lunch to reflect and feed our bellies.   But today's theme sticks with us...What If? We posed the question to Naomi Pomeroy, owner of Portland's famous Beast restaurant. We asked her, "what if you could get people to taste anything you wanted, even the quirky stuff?"Her answer is great. "What if you could get people to taste Burmese noodle soup, for breakfast? The best Burmese noodle soup has to be in Burma at a Friday evening market where there are a bunch of  food stalls together. That's where everyone from the town goes to eat right around sundown and a few hours after that. Then again, I guess that doesn't really make sense because it's a night time thing."Follow us today: Saturday, April 27, for live tweets of the best bits of #TEDxPortland.
