LAST FRIDAY WITH JASMES BLAKE

James Blake's album, The Colour is Anything, was on repeat a majority of the summer. Perfect for nightly hangs and getting lost creatively; his sounds and voice lead you down a beautiful journey.He came through Portland last Friday and played a show at the Roseland. He showcased some of his new, unreleased music which got very synth heavy and had a much bigger sound than anything that has come from James.  The beautiful performance left the audience blissfully lost in the mystery of his music.Photos by: Marina Choy
