The Capitol Hill Block Party was a little rainy this year, but that didn't put a damper on any of the fun. There were killer sets all around, and shoutout to the the Seattle hip-hop scene for throwing some of the best sets at the block party. As far as other acts go, London producer Daktyl helped open up the Vera stage with some big tunes, SF's Giraffage brought some of the most feel-good vibes during the weekend, Dave B (our bet on who's next to blow up in the Seattle scene) was doing guest appearances left and right, but the most turnt up set of the weekend goes to NY's Flatbush Zombies. They had everyone at that stage wylin' out. Even the rain let up to let them do their thing. Sol & Friends at Neumos intimate venue was a perfect way to end the weekend, with Sol pulling up various guests from the Seattle scene. We also stopped by the Alive & Well rooftop party at 95 slide on Saturday to catch DJ's Drew Byrd and Nick Beeba and ran into the homies Sam Lachow and Wilson Luxurious. Catch all the highlights like that and more from the weekend in the recap video and gallery below. https://youtu.be/sZHMK4q01noPhotos by Jon Trend & TikiIMG_4490 IMG_4243Daktyl1IMG_4269IMG_4312DaveB1IMG_4340IMG_4462flatbush1IMG_4622IMG_4606flatbush2IMG_4614flatbush3girrafage1toro1toro2IMG_4287Sam&Nacho2 Sam&Nacho1
