The Warby Parker Class Trip school bus is making a stop in Portland this Thursday! As part of an effort to bring the Warby Parker showroom experience to life, the team is visiting 9 cities in 6 months on a cross-country road trip of sorts. In case you’re not familiar with the brand, Warby Parker’s wildly popular eyewear is beautifully crafted, affordable and boasts a charitable component (for every pair sold, a pair is donated to someone in need).
The Class Trip school bus—decked out with wood paneling, leather sofas and vintage books—will be open on May 16th from 11AM-4PM at NW Park and Glisan in the Pearl District. That evening, Warby Parker will be kicking off their Portland visit with a party at UNION/PINE from 7-10PM. There will be complimentary drinks and music, as well as eyewear specialists on hand to help you find your perfect match. You’ll be able to try on the full selection of optical and sunwear, as well as pieces from a few of their capsule collections. If hunger strikes, food will be available from Boke Bowl.
And, if you miss the party (which we wouldn’t recommend), the bus will continue to be open from Wednesday-Friday through June 9th at NW Park and Glisan from 11AM-7PM. Be sure to check it out!
